There is no doubt in my mind social media and the ability to produce and share your own message is going to change the way we view traditional media outlets. With the use of technology you are able to control your message and distribute it easily. Traditional media and marketing are already aware of social media. What is exciting to me is when individuals realize the power, especially individuals who aren&#039;t already part of the tech world.</description>

If advertisers were to pay CNBC for the benefit of marketing to social media and the few exceptions to the rule &quot;ethical mortgage brokers,&quot; we&#039;d be eating a bronto burger with Fred Flintstone still. 

RateSpeed is for the consumer, and the hook is to vilify and industry that siphoned the blood out of them. Nobody cares about rehab for mortgage professionals. I don&#039;t, and that matters, trust me.</description>
